How to Generate a QR Code using Canva

Step 1: Open Canva

Go to Canva and log into your account.

Step 2: Create or Open a Design

Click “Create a Design” (top right)
→ Choose any size (Business Card, Flyer, etc.)

Step 3: Find the QR Code Tool

On the left sidebar:
 Click “Apps” (or “More”)
→ Search for “QR Code”
→ Click the QR Code generator

Step 4: Add Your Link

Paste the link you want your QR code to go to
(ex: your website, product page, or Instagram)

Step 5: Generate Your QR Code

Click “Generate Code”
→ Your QR code will appear instantly on your design

Step 6: Resize & Place It

→ Drag it where you want

→ Make it big enough to scan easily (important!)

Step 7: Download Your Design

Click “Share” → “Download”
→ Choose PDF Print or PNG

 

Important Tips (don’t skip these)

✅ Always test your QR code with your phone before printing

✅ Use dark QR code on a light background

✅ Don’t make it too small (minimum ~1 inch)
