All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping service selected by HoneyHearts Magnet Co. Shipping transit times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Total Delivery Time
Your estimated total delivery time is:
3–5 business days for production + carrier shipping time
Please keep in mind that production time and shipping transit time are separate. Shipping time does not begin until your order has been completed and shipped.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking information provided to follow your package.
Delays
While we do our best to meet our estimated production and shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding if a carrier delay occurs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. HoneyHearts Magnet Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, please contact us so we can determine the best way to proceed. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
