Return & Replacement Policy

At HoneyHearts Magnet Co., every item is made just for you with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Custom Orders

All of our photo magnets are personalized and made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all uploaded photos and order details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (such as incorrect images or typos).
